Online video sessions are accessible from home anywhere across the UK. In-person sessions are available at my counselling room in Ravenshead and outdoor therapy sessions in natural spaces such as parks and woodlands in and around Nottingham and Mansfield.
The Counselling Cabin, Ravenshead
I offer individual counselling sessions from a purpose-built garden room in Ravenshead. Ravenshead is located north of Nottingham and south of Mansfield. It is accessible by car off the A60 and there is parking available onsite. There are also public transport links to Nottingham city centre (Pronto bus) and Hucknall (141 bus).
The cabin has been designed with nature in mind which allows for connection to nature without having to physically be outside. There is also the option to sit on the outdoor patio area should you wish to experience therapy outdoors but still remain within a private space.

Blidworth Woods, Mansfield
Blidworth Woods is easily accessible from Ravenshead, Blidworth, Farnsfield and Rainworth. It is a mainly pine woodland with areas of open heath. Located south of Mansfield and north of Nottingham, it offers many trails and footpaths meaning it is possible to visit multiple times and explore different areas.
It is close to the A614 and around 15 minutes’ drive from Junction 27 of the M1. There is free parking available. One of the car parks has a refreshments van which sells hot and cold food and drinks.
