Online video sessions are accessible from home anywhere across the UK. I offer walk and talk therapy sessions in natural spaces such as parks and woodlands in and around Nottingham and Mansfield. Below are some examples of the locations we can work together in:

Blidworth Woods, Mansfield

Blidworth Woods is easily accessible from Ravenshead, Blidworth, Farnsfield and Rainworth. It is a mainly pine woodland with areas of open heath. Located south of Mansfield and north of Nottingham, it offers many trails and footpaths meaning it is possible to visit multiple times and explore different areas.

It is close to the A614 and around 15 minutes’ drive from Junction 27 of the M1. There is free parking available. One of the car parks has a refreshments van which sells hot and cold food and drinks.

Highfields Park, Beeston

Highfields Park is west of Nottingham and easily accessible from Beeston, Wollaton, Lenton and Bramcote. It is located right next to the University of Nottingham campus. The park is well served by public transport with a tram stop right outside the entrance.

There is a wide path around the lake with water features and woodland. Along the way are many benches to stop and sit, including the ‘After Life bench donated by Netflix and CALM. There is free parking by the Lakeside Arts Centre and a cafe serving refreshments.

If these locations are not accessible for you, I also offer online video sessions across the UK.
